Mandy Sergent is a yoga therapist, instructor and studio owner in the State College, Pennsylvania area.

In each yoga class, Mandy creates an atmosphere of safety and acceptance. She encourages students to turn inward, and find their own pace and way of being in the yoga postures. Mandy offers many posture variations so that students can find what complements their bodies and best suites what they need in each moment.
